It’s a boy for M.I.A.! The “Paper Planes” songstress and fiancé Ben Brewer welcomed their first child, a son, on Wednesday, February 11th.

Announcing the birth on her MySpace, M.I.A. writes, “Sunday night I came home from the Grammys still in the mood to party — I coulda easily gone out but I went home instead — lucky I did! My early stage labor kicked in around 2 a.m. My baby was born Wednesday. He is healthy, fine, beautiful and the most amazing thing ever on this planet — of course I’m his mum!! Me and baby are putting our tour dates for 2010 together, making mix tapes and figuring out a way to break out of the hospital! My baby boy says hi!”

M.I.A. says her son has already added fuel to her fire as an artist.

“Having a baby is the most creative thing you can do. It makes you re-learn the world through a child’s eyes.”

The singer, 31, announced her pregnancy in October. On Sunday, February 8th, M.I.A. performed at the Grammys — on her due date! Now all eyes will be next Sunday’s Academy Awards to see if she will have bounced back in time to perform “O Saya,” her Oscar-nominated song from Slumdog Millionaire.

Angelina Creeped Out By Octuplet Mom

Angelina Jolie is said to be 'creeped out' by octuplets' mother Nadya Suleman after she received several admiring letters from her.

Sources close to the Tomb Raider star said the 33-year-old Suleman had written to Jolie praising her support of children. She is said to be irritated by Suleman - and particularly by rumours claiming the single mother had facial surgery to make her look more like her.

Friends of Suleman, who already had six children before giving birth to a further eight, said she had altered her appearance to look like Jolie - who herself has six children.

Suleman, who has been forced to go into hiding because of death threats since the octuplets birth, has denied having her lips plumped up and surgery on her nose.

Reports in the U.S. cited a source close to Jolie who said Suleman had sent her several letters praising her work on behalf of children's issues and gushing about how talented she was.

The pop singer has been suffering "paralyzing panic attacks" as her tour dates approach. Those close to Spears are afraid she will "go AWOL" and are "keeping her medicated to calm her down."

An insider said, "It's scary. Her dad Jamie's calling all the shots for Brit - making sure qualified medical people know what they're doing, and trying to talk Brit down from one emotional meltdown after another.

"We know she's been prescribed Valium, plus the anti-anxiety pill Ativan. Mixed with Stattera for her ADHD, Topomax for migraines and Lithium for her bipolar disorder, it's a wonder Brit even knows who she is any more.

"There's no kidding around among her family. They've all stressed this is the last chance for Brit - make Circus a big success or be ready to hang it up and retire.

"Everyone around her is dreading a repeat of the January 2008 fiasco when she fell apart in public. Her CD's doing well, so pulling off this tour without losing her head means Britney Inc. is back in biz and making money."

Spears will make an estimated $130 million from her world tour. That's a lot of dough - no wonder her "handlers" want to keep her doped up!

If Britney requires that much medication to stay calm then there is no way she's ready for this "comeback." Seriously, I think she's had her run at success and it's time to focus on staying healthy - both physically and mentally. Ten days before Valentine's Day – Feb. 4 – the first husband placed his order for the Triple Chocolate Enrobed Brownie Cake from Bake Me a Wish! – which made news this week for its Operation: Birthday Cake, permitting members of the public to donate birthday cakes for delivery to American military personnel overseas.

As for what Michelle Obama received this past Tuesday – the early arrival was for security reasons, a Bake Me a Wish! spokesperson tells PEOPLE – the first family will enjoy what the New York-based bakery's Web site describes as a "moist & fudgy brownie cake … enrobed in rich chocolate, then … completely blanketed with a shower of dark chocolate shaves." It's topped by "milk and dark chocolate glazes drizzled all over and [a] Belgian chocolate plaque" that, on the Obamas' cake, reads, "I love you."

With their twin girls, Dolly Rebecca Rose and Charlie Tamara Tulip, born Dec. 28, Jerry O'Connell says his wife, Rebecca Romijn, is performing double duty in the breastfeeding department.

"I don't know why I'm getting nervous saying this," the proud – and jumpy – dad tells Ellen DeGeneres for Friday the 13th's The Ellen DeGeneres Show. "I'm not saying anything dirty, it's natural but [Rebecca] does what we call the double football – which is just incredible, because it's like three beings attached," he says.

"It's like something out of Cirque du Soleil. It's crazy." And there's more: "My wife also … I'm sure I can say this on television, it's a natural thing. My wife pumps, which is the machine you hook up [and] you have to put quarters in it … I'm kidding."

Only about the quarters. When it comes to the breast pump, "My wife is doing it and not complaining," says O'Connell. "My wife is the best. I love you, baby. He did concede, however, that Romijn finds the device "uncomfortable."

"It hurts," interjects DeGeneres – as O'Connell offers to try the pump himself. He, too, finds it uncomfortable. "No milk came out of mine," he observes, "just like hair in there. Then you got to boil everything and sterilize it. I'm crazy like that – I boil everything."

The couple met a friend's charades party in August 2003. They first said "I Do" in a private civil ceremony at a Santa Barbara, Calif., courthouse, and then later in Capri, Italy.

"We spend all our time with our two kids," Sorvino told CNN last month. "They're our favorite people in the world. We don't spend a lot of time partying. We don't go out much. And we just love our children and we love each other. And we have a good life. You know, we're sort of normal people living in an abnormal place."

Sorvino won an Oscar for best supporting actress in 1995 for her role in Mighty Aphrodite. She most recently starred on NBC's The Last Templar with Backus, who has also appeared on The O.C and Will & Grace.

Nude Photo Of Madonna Goes For $37,500

A nude photograph of pop singer Madonna was sold for $37,500 Thursday afternoon at a Christie's Art House auction.

Christie's auctioned this nude photo of Madonna (partially shown) taken by Lee Friedlander for $37,500.

The photo, originally expected to go for between $10,000 and $15,000, was purchased for more than double its original estimated selling price, a Christie's spokesperson confirmed. The 13-inch by 8 5/8-inch framed photograph was purchased by an anonymous bidder over the phone.

The full frontal photograph was one of several taken by American photographer Lee Friedlander in 1979. Madonna, then a cash-strapped student, received $25 for the entire photo shoot.
Most of the pictures from the shoot were ultimately featured in Playboy magazine in 1985.

Usher's Wife Suffered Heart Attack Prior To Surgery

Usher's wife, Tameka Foster, suffered a heart attack in Brazil before undergoing plastic surgery, the Associated Press reports.

Foster, 37, checked into the Sao Rafael Hospital on Feb. 6 for a "simple liposuction," says Ellen Dastry, spokeswoman for plastic surgeon Silvio Sterman. Foster went into cardiac arrest while being anesthetized, "but was revived in less than a minute by heart massage," Dastry adds.

She was then placed into an induced coma before being transferred into an intensive care unit "to avoid unnecessary complications."

She's currently recovering in Sao Paulo's better-equipped Sirio-Libanes Hospital, added Dastry, who did not release any additional details.

Foster and Usher wed in August 2007. They are parents to two-month-old Naveid Ely Raymond and Usher Raymond V, 15 months. Foster also has three sons from a prior relationship.

Mother Of All Baby Bumps Shows Her Belly Days Before Giving Birth To Eight Babies

There are baby bumps and then there are baby bumps.

These extraordinary pictures show the 33-year-old Nadya Suleman baring her stomach eight days before having her brood.Smiling proudly, the mother-of-14 hoists her green patterned smock to show off her hugely distended stomach to the camera.

The photographs, which first went up on tmz.com, show the strain her body was under as she reached the end of her record-breaking pregnancy. Single mother Suleman, who already had six children by IVF, used a fertility doctor to give birth to her babies.

The new pictures surfaced on the day it emerged she had fled her house in Whittier, California, to go into hiding with her older children after receiving death threats. She has even taken on the services of a security firm to ensure the safety of her family.

Her publicist Michael Furtney said: 'There has been some really nasty stuff about wanting to physically harm Nadya, and outrageous statements about both her and her children. 'We have a security firm that we've been working with and they have certainly made contact with the police about the threats. I don't know where that will go, but we'll see'

Much of the anger surrounds the eight babies' conception by IVF.

Tori Spelling joined children, Liam, 23 months, and Stella, 1 at the Pull-Ups Pottey Dance Party in NYC this afternoon. The event is aimed at bidding farewell to diapers.

At the event the stylish mom was speaking out about her suddenly skinny frame, saying she feels a pressure to be thin in Hollywood.

"They scrutinize you so much. You try to be the person who says, 'Oh, I don't care,' but I feel the pressure," she told Usmagazine.com.

"You're out there; your picture is in every magazine. They're looking at you from every angle, no matter what you do," she added. "You have to be careful getting out of cars now because they shoot up your skirt. Everything has to look good, and of course, there's pressure to do so. I definitely feel it."

Spelling said losing her baby weight "was much easier the second time. I keep saying this, but it's true.

"I think the first time I was so stressed and knew I had to lose it. This time I did it with my family," added the star, who credited a healthy diet and jogging with helping her shed pounds. "I didn't do a super diet fad or a workout routine. I literally did everything with my kids and my husband. Before I knew it, [the weight] came off."

Spelling also said her first day on the set of CW's 90210. It was "scary," she said.

"I was so nervous and didn't know what it was going to be like, I was afraid I wouldn't remember how to play Donna [her character]. "But I got halfway through the first scene and was like, 'Oh, wow - there she is!'" added Spelling, whose multiple episodes begin airing Apr. 14. "She has been in me this whole time. She's been hiding in there for 8 years and never left."

"Alex ran right home to Cynthia, and to Madonna, this is the ultimate dis." According to a source, the Queen of Pop is mostly livid because A-Rod didn't come to her for solace.

"But Alex's handlers want to make sure he's as far from Madonna as possible," says the insider. "He has enough negative publicity as it is."

No stranger to the spotlight, the Material Girl has gotten her fair share of attention lately by squiring Brazilian model Jesus Luz around NYC. But insiders insist her dalliances with the 22-year-old Luz — who's featured wet and making out with Madge in W magazine's March issue — are just for publicity.

"Madonna and A-Rod have been burning up the phones," reports the insider, "and she keeps on insisting that Jesus is just a PR stunt. Alex says he understands, and now he's asking her to understand that salvaging his career is his priority."

Coronation Street and Hollyoaks stars Kym Marsh and Jamie Lomas are in a state of mourning today, after the premature delivery of their son at 22-weeks gestation. Archie Jay Lomas died minutes after birth, according to reports.

In a statement, the couple said, “Archie is our beautiful angel and we will miss him so much.”

Kym, 32, is mom to David, 13, and Emily, 10, with ex-partner Dave Cunliffe. Jamie is dad to Billy, 2, with ex-partner Hayley Lever.

Archie — who had been due in June– was born on Wednesday, the same day Kym’s co-star Alison King delivered an as-yet unnamed baby girl.

British Oscar hopeful Kate Winslet has revealed she has been getting fashion tips from her eight-year-old daughter Mia Honey. The 33-year-old star of The Reader appeared as a guest on chat show The View and admitted her little girl is growing up to be quite the style guru.

Kate, who won two Golden Globes and a slew of other awards recently said: ‘I have an eight-year-old daughter and she is a little bit of a fashionista.

In fact, just last night she said to me: “Mum, just a personal question. Why do you wear so much black?”’

Taken aback by the question, Winslet said she then quizzed her daughter from her first marriage to director Jim Threapleton, about what colours she should wear.

According to BeautyRiot.com, a web site for women seeking solutions to beauty questions, the trend-setting mom's hairstyle photos were viewed by the site's visitors more than any other celebrity during January 2009.

Richie, who has kept a fairly low profile since giving birth to her daughter, had the most sought after hairstyles among the web sites January visitors.

Ashlee Simpson, another consistent favorite with the BeautyRiot.com audience, came in at second place, and Jessica Alba came in third.
