Octuplet Mom Can Afford Plastic Surgery, Not Kids?

After "octuplet mom" Nadya Suleman gave her first interview, many speculated that the mother of 14, had plastic surgery, even though they'd not seen old photos of her. One website that specializes in looking at photos of celebrities to determine if they've had work done, believe that Suleman has certainly had surgery. How on earth can a woman who has no job, is on government assistance, receives zero child support, and lives with her parents, afford to have her face done?
