Jessica Alba took her daughter, Honor Marie, to Whole Foods in Beverly Hills on Friday (October 16). The mother-daughter duo picked up miniature ornamental pumpkins and gourds before heading through the checkout line.

Jessica is in the midst of negotiations to star in the upcoming Ben Stiller/Robert DeNiro comedy “Little Fockers”. Reportedly she will be playing a pharmaceutical representative who enchants all the guys in the flick.

Snapping back into tip-top shape, Sarah Michelle Gellar was spotted leaving the nail salon in Beverly Hills on Friday (October 16).

Joined by a gal pal for the day’s outing, the new mom recently became the proud mother of a baby daughter named Charlotte Grace Prinze after giving birth in mid-September.

Sarah is currently taking part in a new TV show called “The Wonderful Maladys” - with hopes of getting picked up by HBO for a 2010 air date. Having already filmed the pilot, the show is set in Gotham, with “the story revolving around the dysfunctional lives of three adult siblings who lost their parents at a young age.”

TLC Is Sueing Jon Gosselin For Breach Of Contract

According to the lawsuit -- filed Friday (October 16) in Maryland's Circuit Court-- Jon, 32, hasn't met the obligations of his Jon & Kate Plus 8 contract as an exclusive employee. The network claims he has appeared on other shows for pay and made unauthorized disclosures about the TLC show, The Associated Press reports.

The lawsuit says that, last June, in recognition of "the Gosselins'difficult personal circumstances, TLC asked both parents to refrain from making public statements about each other, the divorce, or the program, and negotiated an agreed 'cooling off' period with respect to media communications" for 45 days.

But the suit alleges that Gosselin "in violation of his contractual exclusivity" to his own show, "entered a lucrative arrangement" to appear regularly on Entertainment Tonight and The Insider to discuss his family and the problems he was having with estranged wife Kate. The suit said he also "routinely sold photographic rights to various media outlets ....
The lawsuit also claims that on Sept. 18, TLC requested that Gosselin be present for filming six days hence. He didn't respond to the request, and no filming took place on Sept. 24.

The suit is seeking from Gosselin unspecified compensatory damages and demanding he return income gained as a result of his breaches of the agreement, as well as to refrain from future violations of his contractual agreement, according to the AP.

"The network has been trying privately and patiently for months to get Jon to honor the contract he signed and to comply with his obligations relating to public appearances and statements," TLC said in a statement. "Those efforts have been unsuccessful."
Gosselin's lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, had no immediate comment.

Earlier this month, it was announced that the show would be renamed Kate Plus Eight and would feature Jon less.

Jon then took legal action to forbid TLC from filming his eight children for their show, claiming he had an "epiphany" that the show was causing harm to his family. TLC fired back, saying in a statement that Jon's actions were "grossly inaccurate, without merit and are clearly opportunistic."

Meanwhile, TLC said the show will stop filming new episodes next month. TLC spokeswoman Laurie Goldberg has said the show's longtime future remains in question.

Taye Diggs Dishes On Wife Idina's Natural Child Birth

Private Practice star Taye Diggs didn't freak out when wife Idina Menzel went into labor. "There was something going on that morning, so we knew this is going to be a special day," he says in an interview on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. "She said, 'Go off to work, and if I need you, I will call you.'" So I went off to work. I got that call."In the movies and on TV, you always hear everyone's rushing, but everyone is telling me when it actually happens, there is no need to rush. There is no need to speed," Diggs, 38, continues. "So on the way home, I was constantly telling myself, 'Relax, relax, be cool.'"

When he got home, he took her to the hospital. That's when "the labor really starts to kick in," he says. Initially, he says he planned to be by her side along with the mid-wife. But as he watched Menzel's face when the first pain hit, Diggs says, "I was like, "OK, I'm just going to be in this other room....'"Menzel, 38, opted for a natural birth."No drugs," Diggs says. "She is a warrior."

He adds that she was in labor for seven or eight hours. "I was holding her hands and cheering her on," he says. "I said I would look two times. I would look when the baby was crowning, and I wanted to look right when [son] Walker came out. And then when he came out, all the sudden it was like my inner gangster came out. I was like, 'Yeah baby, that's what I'm talkin' about, that's my boy!'"

The couple married in January 2003 and welcomed their son Sept. 2.

'Jon And Kate' Is Over!

TLC is reportedly puting an end to "Jon and Kate Plus 8." Filming on the show was temporarily halted last month after the network announced they were dropping Jon Gosselin from the show and renaming it "Kate Plus 8." Only Kate Gosselin and their 8 children would be filmed. Jon then suddenly decided the show was not healthy for their family and issued a cease and desist order that banned TLC film crews from entering the Pennsylvania home he owns with Kate. According to the New York Post, TLC will try to create several episodes from existing footage before ending the show.

DWTS Helio Castroneves Is Expecting A Baby Girl!

Dancing With the Stars champ Helio Castroneves is going to be a father! The three-time Indianapolis 500 champion, 34, confirmed that he and girlfriend Adriana Henao are expecting a baby girl in January. They've already decided to name her Mikaella.

Although the Brazilian race-car driver -- who won DWTS with partner Julianne Hough in 2007 -- and Henao have not made plans to wed, he said marriage is "the natural next step."

Most recently, Castroneves made headlines after he was indicted for federal tax evasion and fraud after allegedly failing to pay more than $5 million to the IRS over a four-year period. He was cleared of those charges in April.

Jon And Kate Gosselin Arrive In Court

Jon and Kate Gosselin arrived separately Tuesday (October 13) to meet with their attorneys and a court-appointed arbitrator to hammer out financial issues in their contentious divorce.

When all was said and done, a new court date was set: Oct. 26. Judge Arthur Tilson also asked the couple to work something out amicably. Kate, who is seeking child and spousal support, has accused Jon of taking $230,000 from the family account. Jon has denied the withdrawals were inappropriate and wants Kate to account for more than $100,000 in withdrawals of her own.

Judge Tilson wants any money that's been taken out of the account inappropriately to be returned immediately. He also told the Gosselins on Tuesday that he realizes they want their privacy, but the Oct. 26 hearing will be public.
