Rosie O'Donnell's Marital Spat Gets Twittered By A Nosey Neighbor

Rosie O'Donnell and her wife Kelli Carpenter apparently got into a huge fight earlier this week. That's not the news though, the story is that their gossipy neighbor posted about it on Twitter and now there's major tension.

This isn't the first time the nosey neighbor, also known as journalist Julia Allison, has let loose with tweets of a sensitive nature about Rosie's personal life. She apparently complained before on Twitter about how Rosie left the door open and she could hear Rosie and Kelli's sex moans.

As the fight was going on, Allison reportedly posted this:
“Holy s–t. My neighbor Rosie O’Donnell has been having a knock down drag out screaming match with Kelli for the last hour. Sad :(”

She's since deleted the posting, but it sounds like Rosie might be holding a grudge. Check out what her publicist had to say:
“Yes, they fought - like most couples do. Give me a break - they’re fine! They’re happy (but) they have four kids. Whatever busybody neighbour spread this around probably shouldn’t knock on their door to borrow a cup of sugar - ever.”

It's unfortunate the Rosie and her Wife are fighting, they do have four children after all -- three of them adopted:Parker, Chelsea, and Blake, and the latest, Vivienne, carried by Carpenter through artificial insemination.

Jennifer Garner Explains How She Decided On New Daughter Seraphina's Name

Busy mom Jennifer Garner continued to make the media rounds this week promoting her new film, Ghosts of Girlfriends Past.

Earlier in the week she appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, where she explained how she and Ben Affleck - and their 3-year-old daughter Violet - decided on their new daughter Seraphina's name:

"Violet, ever since she figured out that I was pregnant, she said, 'Oh, that's Sara.' And we didn't know if it was a boy or a girl, so we were like, 'Well, we'll see.' We don't know where she came up with it, but she said 'Sara' consistently the whole time. We kept saying, Well, she's not going to name the kid, she's a baby! We'll decide, we'll figure it out.

So then the baby was born, still no name. She looked really angelic, so we started thinking of angel kinds of names. And then a week into it we hadn't decided so we just went with what Violet wanted. But Seraphina means 'little angel,' and the thing we liked about it is that it means 'angel' in every language."

Halle Berry was seen shopping with her 1-year-old daughter Nahla Ariela Aubry at Century City Mall in Los Angeles on Saturday.

After some retail therapy, the mother-daughter duo went for lunch on 3rd Street at the Barefoot Restaurant.

Nahla's father is 32-year-old French-Canadian model Gabriel Aubry, ten years Halle's junior. The couple met at a Versace photoshoot.

The 42-year-old Academy Award winner has revealed that Nahla means "honeybee" in Arabic and Ariela is Hebrew for "lion for God."

Jessica Alba Wants 'Three or Four' Kids

Little Honor Marie, daughter of hot mama Jessica Alba and Cash Warren, is only 11 months old, but Jessica recently dished that she already wants more babies!

"We'll have a few [kids], three or four," says Alba. The slender actress also reveals how she dropped the baby weight after her daughter was born -- and admits that it took hard work! "It didn't all come off at once. In fact, I shockingly gained weight right after I had the baby -- so I worked out twice a day. It wasn't fun. I ate really healthy."

The "Love Guru" star also said that she depends on her daughter to stay in shape. "Now I don't really have time to work out so much anymore -- I'm running after my daughter and holding her. She's heavy, so that really helps with the old arm tone."

Jessica wants more tots, but the actress realizes that there are sacrifices to be made in parenting. When asked for the hardest thing to get used to since becoming a mom, Alba responded, "Not sleeping. Even if she's sleeping... I still check if she's breathing. She's fine. She's just sleeping, but you still go in and make sure she's fine. Tuck her in three times."

The actress also dished out advice for other mothers, saying, "Leave room for mistakes -- I think nothing's going to be the way you want it to be, or exactly how you planned it."

Dad Speaks Out Against Madonna's Adoption Appeal

The man believed to be the biological father of Mercy, the 4-year-old Malawian girl Madonna is trying to adopt, says he he wants to raise her in his own culture.

"I want to take care of her, and I'm capable of taking care of my baby," James Kambewa told CBS's The Early Show in an interview to air Monday, the same day the court will hear Madonna's appeal of the rejected adoption. "Mercy, she is a Malawian, so [I] need her to grow as a Malawian ... with our culture," he said.

The hearing in Madonna's appeal case will be led by the head of the judiciary in Malawi. The southern African country's High Court had previously rejected her application to adopt Mercy Chifundo James.

In his interview, Kambewa tells The Early Show that he's never met his daughter and has only seen her "in newspapers and TV, not face to face."

Madonna spokeswoman Liz Rosenberg said she doesn't know if Kambewa is the girl's father and that Mercy has been in an orphanage all her life, according to the Associated Press. The singer, 50, found Mercy, whose teenage mother had died, at Kondanani Children's Village in the town of Bvumbwe when she first visited Malawi in October 2006, the same time she found David Banda at a different orphanage. Madonna is not required to attend Monday's hearing.

Casey Aldridge Released From Hospital

Casey Aldridge, the boyfriend of Jamie Lynn Spears and father to her 10-month-old baby, was released from a Mississippi hospital on Friday, five days after flipping over in his pickup truck while partying with friends at a late-night bachelor party.

"Casey got home today, and he's doing really well," the source says. "He'll have to have some rest for the next few weeks. He's still got a headache, but everything looks good."

Aldridge, 20, suffered a head injury that required no surgery and apparently caused no permanent damage, the source says. He was taken to a small, rural hospital in Ferriday, La., early Sunday and later transferred by ambulance to the larger University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, where he spent time in the intensive care unit.

Spears has been at his side since the incident, even riding in the ambulance with Aldridge on the way to the Mississippi hospital. "They're both at the house in Liberty (Miss.)," the source says.

Spears's mother, Lynne, has been keeping the couple's baby, Maddie Briann, "for most of the time during this whole episode, but I guess the baby will be going back home. Now Jamie Lynn will have two babies to care for."

Aldridge had been attending a bachelor party for a cousin who is getting married next week. He is the best man, "but I don't know if he'll be up to that or not. We'll just have to wait and see," the source says.

Seven month pregnant singer of the “Milkshake” song Kelis, has filed for divorce to the musician, Nas.

“We request the media to respect her privacy during this very difficult time,” the rep says.

Nas, 35, and Kelis, 29, met in 2002 at an MTV Video Music Awards after-party and were married in 2005 in Atlanta.

The new issue of Us Weekly has shocking, exclusive pictures of the Jon & Kate Plus 8 dad leaving a club at 2 a.m. -- with a mystery woman and without his wedding band.

Jon Gosselin arrived at the club at 11:20 p.m. and by 2 a.m. "could barely walk" as he exited the less-public back entrance of Legends Lounge -- near the family's $1.3-million home in Wernersville, Pennsylvania -- on April 18, a fellow partier tells Us Weekly.

The dad of 8 -- kids are twins Madelyn and Cara, 8, and 5-year-old sextuplets, Aaden, Joel, Collin, Hannah, Leah and Alexis -- was overheard yelling, "Hey, babe! Babe! Give me my jacket!" before climbing into his Nissan Nismo. (She complied.) As cameras began snapping, he panicked, urging his female friend to "get in the car!" before speeding off hastily -- without even turning on the headlights.

Where was his wife Kate -- known for her insults and who famously once berated him for breathing on the show? Nearly 2,000 miles away, promoting her book Eight Little Faces in Bellevue, Washington.

While TLC had no comment on the story or the couple's marital status, Jon sent an emailed statement to Us.

"I went to Legends to speak to the owner. A friend of mine wanted to check out my car, so I let her drive it to her car," he says. "Yes, I have female friends -- but that is all she is. I'm not going to end my friendships just because I'm on TV."

In February, the 32-year-old was spotted flirting with -- and even attempting to kiss -- coeds at Juniata College, multiple students confirm to Us Weekly. (He denied any wrongdoing.) He told one coed "he was getting divorced." In the May Ladies Home Journal, he says, "I always thought I would be, like 54 years old and marry a 19-year-old or something."

It'll be a girl – and a girl! – for Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick.

The Hollywood couple, who already have son James Wilkie, 6, announced Tuesday they're "happily anticipating the birth of their twin daughters later this summer with the generous help of a surrogate. The entire family is overjoyed."

Broderick, 47, and Parker, 44, stepped out together Monday night in New York at the premiere of his film Wonderful World, where the actor gushed about his fashion-icon wife (wearing a skintight dress) of nearly 12 years, saying, "Doesn't she look beautiful."

Jamie Lynn Spears' Baby's Daddy in Serious Car Accident!

Casey Aldridge, the father of Jamie Lynn Spears's 10-month-old daughter Maddie, was injured in a car accident early Sunday morning. Police have charged him with careless operation of a vehicle, which is a misdemeanor.

Spears, 18, as well as Aldridge's family – including his mother, father and sister – are at Casey's side where he is hospitalized at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, according to sources. Staff at the hospital would not confirm Aldridge is undergoing treatment there.

A family source tells PEOPLE Aldridge is fully alert, resting and talking to friends and family. "The doctors are pretty positive he's going to be okay," the source says. "He should recover fully. Of course you never know, but they're not expecting him to get any worse."

Aldridge, 19, was driving a 2008 Ford F-250 pickup when the wreck occurred at 1:30 a.m. Sunday near Lake Bruin in Tensas Parish, La., Master Trooper Billy Ziegler of Louisiana State Police tells PEOPLE. The accident happened in a stretch of road described as an entry and exit for Lake Bruin, a recreational lake that is a popular spot to fish.

After the accident, Aldridge was taken by ambulance to Riverland Medical Center in Vidalia, La., police say. There is no indication that he was tested for drug or alcohol usage.
