Beyonce & Jay-Z Have No Plans For Kids Just Yet

Hollywood may have gone baby crazy, but it hasn’t affected Beyonce and Jay Z!

The two have already been married for over a year, and they insist they’re not planning on expanding the family any time soon. Everyone has assumed Beyonce would be knocked up by now, or at least starting to try and get pregnant. But it’s not the case!

When asked if they’d like to get started on kids, Jay-Z said they were too focused on their careers to think of children quite yet. According to Contact Music, Jay-Z also said, "We got to keep it moving. Got bills to pay.”

With their combined incomes, who thinks about bills?? Beyonce echoed Jay-Z’s statement, saying, “I definitely want one (a child) but I’m not ready for all that. I don’t think a person should see that before their time. I fall in love with my nephew every time I see him.”

Happy 10th Anniversary Jon & Kate!

Jon and Kate Gosselin's 10th wedding anniversary is today. But it's tough to tell whether the parents of 8 -- who reunited this past week at their Pennsylvania home after spending two weeks apart as Kate vacationed with the kids in North Carolina -- will be celebrating.

In May, Us reported on the couple's crumbling marriage, detailing how Jon had an affair with 23-year-old school teacher Deana Hummel. (Despite on-the-record interviews and a video, Jon has denied an affair.)

Fans of the TLC show were saddened to see how much Jon and Kate had changed after watching the season 5 premiere - which drew a record 9.8 million viewers.

"I am thinking this possibly could be our last family picture together," Kate said of a photo taken at the sextuplets' recent fifth birthday party. "I don't know...parents of multiples have, like, triple the divorce rate, and I was thinking we were gonna beat that. I don't know if I can say that anymore. Very swiftly, we turned into two different people, and that's just hard. I've tried for six months to figure out what the problem is, or remedy the problem. It's so complicated."

Let's hope the couple are celebrating today...

It was a star-powered night at STK in LA, with Nicole Richie, Demi Moore, Courtney Cox-Arquette, Jennifer Aniston and Sheryl Crow all in attendance at "Stamp Out Violence Against Women and Girls of the Congo."

Mom-to-be Nicole, who showed off her growing baby bump in basic black, explained why she was there to support the cause.

"I'm all about making people aware and showing them what the problem is. It's impossible to turn your back on something like this," she tells People magazine. "It's really hard to complain about anything when you hear the stories of these women and children and their torture."

The event capped off a busy day for Nicole, who wrote on Twitter, "Today I worked, burned my hand, missed a sugar test, wrote a letter to Obama, supported women of the Congo, & met an online porn star...."

Nicole and her boyfriend Joel are expecting baby #2 this summer. Soon-to-be big sister Harlow Winter Kate is 17 months.

Madonna Gets Mercy! Adoption Approved!

Malawi's High Court on Friday approved the pop icon's petition to adopt 4-year-old Chifundo "Mercy" James, despite the fact she hadn't fulfilled the country's 18-month residency requirement.

"We find the judge in the lower court to have dwelled so much on media reports on the issue of residence, and to us this was not evidence enough to deny Madonna a chance to adopt Mercy James," Chief Justice Lovemore Munlo said, according to Reuters. "We therefore grant Madonna the adoption order."

Despite the relative ease with which she acquired custody of now 3-year-old David Banda from the African country, in April a lower court rejected Madonna's application to adopt for the second time, perhaps not wanting to open the African nation to the accusations of favoritism and special treatment that plagued it in 2006.

She appealed the decision later that day.

"I am ecstatic...My family and I look forward to sharing our lives with her," the Material Mom said in a statement.

Of course, Madonna isn't Mercy's mom just yet. As was the case when she adopted David, Malawian officials will be checking in with the child for the next year before all is made official.

Ex-hubby Guy Ritchie, who three years ago was rumored to not really being onboard with the missus's decision to adopt David, offered up a ringing endorsement of her mothering skills back in April. He expressed his hope that she would ultimately be successful in her quest to adopt again. "Madonna is a fantastic and loving mother who cares deeply about her own children and children who may need additional help and support…This time it did not work out, but there will be other opportunities, and I wish her well in them. She is a great mum," he said.

So assuming there are no qualms in the future about the quality of care Mercy is receiving (minus Madge's "no TV" rule), Madonna's brood now numbers four. "

Britney Spears Reaches New Custody Agreement With K-Fed

Britney has come to a new agreement with Kevin in their custody battle, and it looks like she’s the winner.

According to TMZ, lawyers for Britney and Kevin Federline filed documents with family law commissioner Scott Gordon for the new custody agreement. Now for the remainder of this month and July and August, Britney will have physical custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James more than 50% of the time!

The lawyers also outlined a calendar to show which parent will get the boys on any given day. The temporary agreement only lasts as long as Britney's tour and will then revert back to their previous situation, where it's believed that the amicable exes had split custody 50/50.

In Touch can exclusively reveal that Usher and his wife, Tameka Foster, are divorcing.

“The Grammy winner has been living apart from his wife for nearly a year after almost two years of marriage,” an insider exclusively tells In Touch, adding, “Usher’s primary concern is for his children. He is a great father and just wants to do what is right for them.”

If Usher and Tameka want to do what's right for the children, hopefully this won't turn into a huge custody battle.

Kate, 33, who recently insisted she was not middle class, said: 'There are things I could implement within my life that would probably make it easier.'But I deliberately don’t do it because if I did, I would be living that movie star existence that I really try and resist,' she told Hello! magazine. I mean, it’s very tempting to have a nanny and live in a gated community and have a chef - I’d love to have a few dinners cooked for me.'But I don’t want that for my children. When they’re older, if people say to them, "Did you have a chef?" I want them to be shocked by the question.

Kate Gosselin Makes A Starbucks Run Leaving Locals Starstruck

Kate Gosselin and two of her 5-year-old sextuplets took a coffee break Wednesday in Reading, Pa.

Kate turned heads as her children ordered Vanilla Bean Frappuccinos with whipped cream (340 calories a drink) at the local Starbucks before picking up office supplies. TLC camera crews were also present.

"Some were starstruck," an onlooker said. "Locals seem to encounter her quite a lot. The reactions vary. Sometimes people yell at her. But they're still starstruck."

The kids didn't seem to mind the attention Wednesday as they sipped on their drinks. "They seemed really happy and playful," says the witness. "Kate was ignoring TLC, she didn't do anything for the cameras."

Hank Azaria Welcomes A Baby Boy!

It's a boy – a bit early! – for Hank Azaria and girlfriend Katie Wright.

The couple welcomed a son, Hal, on Saturday, June 6. "He was premature but he's healthy and strong," Azaria's rep Stan Rosenfield says. "Everyone is very happy."

The couple announced the pregnancy and sex of the baby in February, with The Simpsons star, 45, sharing that he enjoys talking to his son in utero using "many voices" and playing The Beatles. "We pump a lot of Beatles music into the womb. I get inspired to talk to him like John Lennon occasionally," Hank said, laughing. "He seems to like it, he gets very kicky when I talk this way."

Hal is the first child for both Wright and Azaria, who have been dating for over two years.

Thomas Beatie, who the media has labeled as the "pregnant man," gave birth to his second child, a healthy baby boy early this morning (June 9), 20/20 reports.

Sources state that it was a "natural childbirth" and that the boy is not yet named. Beatie's wife, Nancy, 46, will reportedly breastfeed their son, as she did with their daughter, Susan Juliette, who was born last June.

Photos of a bearded Beatie with a pregnant belly caused quite a stir last year, leading to headlines about the world's first "pregnant man."

Thomas, 35, was born a woman and had his breasts surgically removed. He legally changed his gender from female to male. Beatie said that he retained his female sex organs because he intended one day to get pregnant.

Kelly Rutherford Did Not Notify Husband Of Daughters Birth

The ill will from a divorce and custody battle between Kelly Rutherford and her husband has now apparently reached into the hospital delivery room.

The Gossip Girl star welcomed her second child, daughter Helena, on Monday, but the actress's estranged husband, German entrepreneur Daniel Giersch, tells People he was never notified of the birth, and instead read about it in online reports, some unfavorable toward him.

"Media reports claiming that I neglected to attend my daughter's birth are total lies and fabrication," Giersch says in a statement. "I was never informed by Kelly about the birth of our daughter, nor was I invited to attend. In fact, I found out about it through Internet reports like everyone else. Although this sickens me, I am of course overjoyed that our baby was born healthy. I would've wanted nothing more than to hold our newborn daughter for a few moments, and I only seek to coparent both our children responsibly and with love."

Giersch says he had a verbal agreement with Rutherford that she would notify him by phone or text message of her labor, hospitalization, and the child's birth – which he alleges never happened.

According to Rutherford's publicist Jill Fritzo, "The doctors advised that no one be in the birthing room; [Daniel] was notified when [Helena] was born and was immediately invited to come see her."

Rutherford, 40, and Giersch, 34, are currently mired in a custody dispute over their 2-year-old son, Hermes.

Jon Gosselin Cheated On Kate's Birthday?

As if this could get any worse, UsWeekly's latest cover is reporting that Jon Gosselin cheated on Kate Gosselin on her 34th birthday.

On that day, March 28, Jon was on a steamy, booze-filed trip to Park City, Utah, with 23-year-old school teacher Deanna Hummel (the June 1 Jon & Kate Plus 8 episode only showed him helping handicapped children ski as Kate celebrated her birthday alone with the kids on a "surprise" trip to the Ace of Cakes' kitchen).

He supposedly also told friends that it was Kate's birthday and mentioned that he should get her some jewelry but never followed through. That same night a source reported that Jon and Deanne were "cuddling up" and that the two were "reeking of pot.

Gosselins Return From Vacation

After 12 days of vacationing at Bald Head Island, N.C., all the Gosselin kids returned home Sunday to be with their father Jon.

Eight-year-old twins Cara and Madelyn (who were the first to reunite with their dad last week) were spotted giving the 6-year-old sextuplets a ride in a toy Jeep around the family's 24-acre estate in Wernersville, Pa.

Jon was also seen cruising his John Deere tractor. Mom Kate was not photographed. She and Jon had been apart for nearly two weeks as she stayed in a resort with the sextuplets, bodyguard Steve Neild and a TV crew.

While Kate was vacationing, new photos surfaced of Jon and 23-year-old school teacher Deanna Hummel, adding more scandal to his fledgling marriage.

Jon briefly told photographers on Thursday that they would need to "watch the show" if they wanted updates on his marriage.

Jon And Kate Gosselin's House Still On The Market

Jon and Kate Gosselin’s old house is still for sale! The Cape Cod-style home in Elizabethtown, Pa., has been on the market for 89 days.

The price for the 5-bedroom 2½-bath house has stayed constant at $325,000. (They paid $280,000 for it in 2006). On season four, of Jon & Kate Plus Eight an episode showed contractors getting the house in top shape before it went up for sale.

The home is in a suburban neighborhood where the houses are built fairly close together on approximately 1/3-acre lots. It’s a family-friendly area where kids ride bikes, skateboard and play outside when the weather is warm.
