Mason Grammer Will Not Be Attending Her Dad's Nuptials To Kayte Walsh

Kelsey Grammer's daughter, Mason, will not attend her father's wedding to Kayte Walsh. The 9-year-old has decided that she'd rather spend the day with her mother, Camille Grammer.

Camille says she would never prevent her children from attending their father's wedding.

"My daughter has a talent show that day that she's been working on for two months now," Camille told People . "I told her, 'Mason, you can go. Please, if you want to go to your Daddy's wedding, please do,' and she said, 'No, Mommy. I want to go to my talent show.' I'll be the proud mom in the front row. If Mason wanted to go, I'd let her go," says Grammer. "I would never hold my children back from that. I would never want them to resent me for holding them back from their father's wedding."

Camille and Kelsey's son Jude, 6, will be attending the New York City nuptials.

No Doubt Guitarist Welcomes Koa Thomas

No Doubt guitarist Tom Dumont welcomed his third child on Saturday morning, according to a message posted on the group's official Twitter page.

"Koa Thomas Dumont was born this morning at 5am," the statement read. "Baby boy & parents are great. Looks like his brothers! One more No Doubt baby in the world!"

Dumont, 43, and his wife of six years, Mieke, are also parents to Ace Joseph, 4, and Rio Atticus, 2.

In addition to Gwen Stefani's two sons, Kingston, and Zuma, bassist Tony Kanal and girlfriend Erin Lokitz are the proud parents of daughter Coco, while Adrian Young is dad to son Mason.

Halle Berry Wins First Round Of Custody Battle

Halle Berry just emerged from court victorious in her custody battle with Gabriel Aubry!

A judge has awarded the actress permission to go across country with her toddler to shoot a movie.

Gabriel was trying to block Halle from going to NYC to shoot "New Year's Eve" -- the movie from which she withdrew in order to deal with her custody issues over Nahla.

After hearing arguments this morning from both sides the judge gave her the green light to travel to New York with her daughter. We've learned she won't take back the role that was given to Katherine Heigl, but she'll play another character in the movie.

Halle's lawyer, Neal Hersh, tells TMZ,

"We are pleased the judge took the time to deal with this very imminent and important issue. The judge read a great deal of paperwork and gave us time to argue. Halle is very pleased with the judge's order."

As for Gabriel, he has withdrawn his custody petition -- which is public -- but he's continuing his war by filing a paternity action. Paternity cases are not open to the public.

Camille Grammer Tried To Quit 'Real Housewives'

Camille Grammer revealed to TV.com that she gave the Bravo network her resignation in the middle of filming The Housewives of Beverly Hills.

"I don't know if I can say this, but I quit at one point," Grammer, 42, tells TV.com in a new interview. "I did. Because it was too much."

Camille and Kelsey's 13-year marriage was disintegrating off-camera partly because of his affair with Kayte Walsh, a 29-year-old British flight attendant who is now his fiancee.

"I didn't know how much I could expose at the time," Camille explains. "I was holding a lot back because I had known for a while that things were not right between my husband and I. So it's very difficult filming a reality show while you're going through this process, and hurt, and devastation. I quit for, you know, a couple of weeks."

But it was her soon-to-be ex-husband Kelsey her convinced her to continue filming.

Actually Kelsey called me and said, 'You have an obligation to do the show. You have to finish the show.' So I said, okay. He also asked me to come to the Tonys."

Soon thereafter, Kelsey, 55, had another, much more devastating request. States Camille: "He said, 'I've been thinking about it, and I just don't want to be married any longer.'"

Indeed, their divorce was finalized last week, and Kelsey is set to wed Kayte by the end of February.

While Victoria Beckham said she doesn't know the sex of her fourth child the mother of three boys hinted she and hubby David Beckham would like to add a girl to their brood.

"We have so much testosterone in our house, it is crazy," said the mother of Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 5. But the 36-year-old designer noted the upside of having another male in the family. "We will have half of a five-aside football team if you add in David!"

"I thought I'd drop by to let you all in on some exciting news -- Honor is going to be a Big Sister!" the actress wrote. "Cash and I are thrilled and wanted to share the news directly with you so you didn't hear about it somewhere else."
