Former "Big Brother" UK Star, Jane Goody Responding Well To Cancer Treatment

Doctors say that Jade Goody, former star of "Big Brother" in the UK, is responding well to her latest cancer treatment. They're quite pleased with her progress, especially considering that she suffered complications after her first round of treatments.

At one point, Jade, 27, had an 8-hour hysterectomy and was given a 50/50 chance of surviving her cervical cancer.
