Gabourey Sidibe's Mom On America's Got Talent

Gabourey Sidibe’s mom, Alice Tan Ridley, had the audience on their feet last night on America’s Got Talent.

Ridley a subway performer in New York City had the crowd wanting more with her rendition of Etta James’ “At Last.”

“I love to see the smiles on peoples’ faces,” she said. “This is what I’ve been pursuing all my life. Maybe this it it, from the subway to the big stage.”
