Brad Pitt, 46, was spotted with a trimmed version of his signature goatee while driving in Los Angeles Saturday with partner Angelina Jolie.

Despite speculation that it was to play British explorer Colonel Percy Harrison Fawcett in drama The Lost City of Z, the actor explained, "It's boredom. No other reason than that."
