Samantha Burke: I'm No Gold Digger!

The mother of Jude Law’s fourth child has hit back at critics, declaring: "I'm no gold-digger".

Samantha Burke, who is seven months pregnant with a baby girl after dating Jude while he was filming in New York earlier this year, says she doesn’t want any cash.

She wrote on her blog: "I can't tell you how far from a gold-digger I am. I've never dated a rich man in my life. I've always wondered how girlfriends of mine could even ask their boyfriends to buy them clothes.”

Jude, 36, has vowed to stand by Samantha during and after the birth. Sam’s spokesperson previously said: "Jude has been responsive and supportive through the relationship and pregnancy and he will remain so as a father once baby Sophia is born."

Samantha’s blog was in response to reports which claimed she will demand thousands in monthly child support once the baby is born.
