Ellen Pompeo Bump Watch!

Ellen Pompeo buys some time at the parking meter before heading to a workout in West Hollywood, Calif. on Saturday.

She also stopped for a snack and then headed to a prenatal appointment.

Due this fall, the baby will be the first child for the Grey’s Anatomy star and husband Chris Ivery.
