Julie Chen Is Expecting Her First Child!

Julie Chen had a big announcement at the beginning of The Early Show Tuesday. The show co-anchor told viewers she's pregnant with her first child.

Chen, who's married to CBS Corporation President And CEO Les Moonves, said, "I am expecting my first child." Rubbing her tummy, Chen continued, "So it wasn't a big Sunday at the buffet table. I'm starting to show now! And my due date is Oct. 4. So, fingers crossed, and ... I'm not taking maternity leave from (the CBS show) "Big Brother," which she hosts. "I e-mailed my boss over there this weekend and I said, 'Don't worry. I can still do the show!" ' Chen even kidded that the headlines could read, " 'Big Brother' Gives Birth. Medical Miracle!" '
