Ben Affleck Talks About Life With Two Daughters

On Thursday's Tonight Show With Jay Leno, Ben Affleck opened up about life with two daughters in the house.

The busy dad revealed that he’s been spending more time with his 3-year-old daughter Violet since little sister Seraphina was born in January, saying, “Dad gets a little bit more responsibility with the older one, which is nice.”

Ben reported that Violet is adjusting well to having a new baby in the house, and that he’s been trying to reassure his wife Jennifer Garner that he’s got things “under control” while she tends to little Seraphina.

He describes a recent daddy-daughter date at a Mexican restaurant:
After Violet dumped both of their drinks all over the table - and him! - Ben was halfway through exclaiming, “Sh**!” before he corrected himself and used the German curse, “Sheisse!” instead.

Of course Violet wanted to know what the word meant. When Ben told her, “It’s a bad word, and we don’t say that,” Violet’s interest was definitely piqued. Dinner ended with her standing on her chair yelling, “Sheisse!” at the top of her lungs.
