Heidi Klum Enjoys A Family Outing At Fred Segal

Enjoying a family day out in West Hollywood, Heidi Klum and Seal were spotted taking their children to Fred Segal yesterday.

Heidi and hubby looked to be having a marvelous time as they loaded up their car, though Seal seemed a bit confused as he drove the wrong way as they headed home.

In related news, it seems Heidi has filed a lawsuit against unemployed butcher Heinz Frank for using her image without her permission.

Klum is suing the 45-year-old, who survives on unemployment benefits, for $3000, claiming that he used her image in flyers that he was distributing to promote a local restaurant. Frank claims it was an honest mistake, as he didn’t know who Heidi was at the time.
