First Look At Neil Patrick Harris Twins!



Neil Patrick Harris, partner David Burtka, a nanny and the twins arrived for a flight at the Los Angeles International Airport on Sunday (February 27).

Harris and his partner of seven years welcomed Gideon and Harper four months ago via surrogate.
