Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Are Not Expecting

Photos of Mariah Carey, 40, and Nick Cannon, 29, surfaced yesterday at Beverly Glen Deli in Beverly Hills which began speculation that the curvy singer could be with child

But the couples rep says Mariah "is not pregnant."

The couple get married every year and are planning their 3rd "I Do" ceremony on April 30.
