Katherine Jackson Named Guardian To Michael's Three Children

An L.A. judge officially named Katherine Jackson guardian to Michael's three children Monday (August 3).

Last Thursday, Katherine and Debbie Rowe, the biological mother of Prince, 12, and Paris, 11, reached a custody agreement, their lawyers announced. Rowe will be granted supervised visitation rights. (Michael is also father to Blanket, 7, from a separate surrogate mother.)

The Associated Press reports Prince and Paris signed declarations that they wanted to continue living with Katherine, who has had temporary custody of all the kids since their father's June 25th death from cardiac arrest.
