Mom-to-be Gisele Bundchen and her little baby bump was spotted making their way around Boston on Thursday (August 20).

Gisele and husband Tom Brady are expecting their first child together in Jan/Feb.

Tom has a 2 year old son John with actress Bridget Moynahan.
