Marcia Cross had her hands full as she took her 2-year-old twins Eden and Savannah for a walk yesterday afternoon. The Desperate Housewives star, who was recently named a Stand Up To Cancer celebrity ambassador by the Entertainment Industry Foundation, made sure she and the girls kept their hats on to shield themselves from the California sun.
