Jon Gosselin Spent Memorial Day Minus Kate & Kids

The same day the new season of their TLC show premiered, Jon Gosselin was photographed drinking a beer with two ladies at Front Street Bar & Grill in Newburgh, NY, TMZ.com reports.

Along with her bodyguard Steve Neild, Kate was spotted with most of their brood getting off a ferry on Bald Head Island, NC, Wednesday morning.

After Monday's season five premiere - during which Kate and Jon admitted they may divorce -- the two released the following statement: "As many couples do, we are navigating a very difficult time. Our current situation brings us together around the children and some times sets us apart. We keep our faith that we will make the right decisions for our family."
