While Nicole Richie debuted her clothing line in Canada, Joel Madden made a revelation of his own, showing off his bold, bleached hair while out in Los Angeles Tuesday.
As for reaction to his blonde do, the rocker wrote on his Twitter account, "[daughter] Harlow did recognize me with the hair ... she gave it a thumbs up."
