Victoria Beckham looked incredibly uncomfortable as she took her son Cruz to his fourth birthday party on Saturday.Cruz, dressed in a Wolverine costume, was joined by brothers Brooklyn and Romeo at the Xtreme Martial Arts World Headquarters - which had been hired out by the family for Cruz's big fete.
Victoria and the boys were helped out of a limo by two bodyguards upon arrival.
Obviously basking in the spotlight, Posh's birthday boy had a big smile on his face - clearly enjoying his birthday activities even though his birthday was officially the day before.
