Soccer Player Ronaldo Welcomes Daughter Maria Sofia


Brazilian soccer player Ronaldo Luis Nazário de Lima and his fiancée Maria Beatriz Anthony received an early Christmas present when they welcomed their first child together!
Daughter Maria Sofia was born on Wednesday, December 24th, in Rio de Janeiro, weighing 6.6 lbs and measuring 19 ½ inches. By Maria Beatriz’ side during the delivery, Ronaldo, 32, cut the baby girl’s umbilical cord.

Maria Sofia joins big brother Ronald, 8, Ronaldo’s son from a previous relationship.
