Ever Anderson -- who recently celebrated her first birthday! -- gets a lift from dad Paul W.S. Anderson while grabbing groceries at Gelson's Market in West Hollywood on Wednesday.

Clutching an apple, the 13-month-old seemed more interested in the cameras than in her dad!

Mom is model/actress Milla Jovovich.
