Pete And Ashley Are Undecided On Baby Name
Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz aren't parents ... yet.
Despite speculation this weekend that Simpson went into labor, her rocker husband phoned into TRL's finale on Sunday and assured fans that the baby's "not here yet!"
Wentz joked that his Fall Out Boy bandmates, as well as the rest of the world, will probably know that the baby's arrived when the news hits the Internet.
But he assured fans, "Nothing's happened yet!" He also told fans that they are still undecided on a baby name.
Wentz skipped the TRL finale, leaving his band to perform without him. Sighed singer Patrick Stump, "It was cool [to perform]. I wish Pete was here."
So how did Wentz and Simpson -- who is due any day -- spend their weekend?
"I went to Chinatown, picked up a bootleg version of Twilight and watched it like, 72, times," Wentz joked.
