Kevin Federline has no plans to ask a family court to investigate his son's weekend health scare while in ex-wife Britney Spears's care, his lawyer says. "We're not going to jump to conclusions right now," attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells E!. "I don't anticipate there being a hearing. I anticipate that Kevin and Britney as concerned parents will exchange information and satisfy themselves that what happened was a freak occurrence and do what they have to do to make sure that it doesn't happen again."
